Returns & Refunds Policy – SofthubUSA.com
Returns are accepted on all unused items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on used, opened, or damaged items.
Software, License, and Electronic Keys
SofthubUSA does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the software, license key, or electronic key has been accessed or used.
Once the item has been opened from its original packaging, it is considered non-returnable due to product activation and license integrity requirements.
Return Label Service
We offer a pre-paid return label option. The cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Return label fees:
- $7.00 — for items $40 and under
- $15.00 — for items over $40
If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Timing
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Please note, credit card refunds may take an additional up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return using our prepaid label service, email us at info@softhubusa.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team at info@softhubusa.com. Include a clear photo of the damage for quality assurance purposes.
License Key Use Period
All license keys must be used within 30 days of delivery.
